OBJECTIVE

Adobe wanted to tell former pro soccer player Kelley O’Hara’s story in a way that showed how soccer and creative worlds collide. From childhood ambitions through post pro athlete life, the team needed help making the interview more lively and in a way that would connect with the audience more.

To build the look the team wanted, images were sourced from Adobe Stock and Adobe Express, mixing in UI elements from the company’s software. The patches were designed by smaller artists Adobe commissioned, and implemented to further tie the connection between sport and art.

This keep things playful and textured, bringing life to the story and accentuating points in Kelley’s story.

A glimpse of different stages of the design process, from initial sketches to final, approved styleframes.
